Chivas vs Tijuana
- with yesterday's results Tijuana need 1 point to qualify for Copa Libertadores play-in match, 3 points to qualify directly to group stage. Three points would also assure them of 2nd place on table and home field advantage against all teams except Toluca. They've not lost a league match since July and have the best defense in Mexico so this should be a tight match. Chivas nothing to play for...they're 7th on table and will stay there. They've not been a convincing home team for years...just 2 wins in 10 and 5 wins in 19 league matches in past 13 months. Match unlikely to see many goals as both clubs just 15 goals against this year so with such a tight match expected and motivation fully on Tijuana's side I will stake small on x2. Odds dropped a bit since opening at 1.75 but really had to wait on other results to see would the importance of match would be for both teams.

real strange line in Chelsea match. how a top 3 EPL club is only 1.90 against a team no better than 6th or 7th is beyond me. Also should be some goals in there but Liverpool (if you drop the norwich match) may have the worst shooting % if league history. Not sure you'll find a team get more chances in a match that end up in the 50th row. Gotta think it's going to be a shootout...will call it 4-2 for Chelsea but i don't dare to put my awful Liverpool betting record on the line

didn't see any of the goals until the 4th. turned it back after liverpool and they were kicking the pk for 4-2...really brutal...so much for betting on the good defensive team

- RM's offense starting to get on a roll with 5-4-4-2 in the past 2 weeks. away from home hasn't been a problem with 9 scored in past 2 games and 5-4-1-2-4-2 in past 2 months plus conceding in 80% of away games. Levante scoreless in 287 minutes but at home a different story scoring in 12 straight and 6 goals in L2 home games. In La Liga they've been shut out just once in 15 here scoring just under 2gpg while allowing 19 goals. Last meeting ended with 6 goals

Roll, any opinion on the two MLS games today? I lean heavily to Houston in first one. No Hamid or Najar for DC, one less day of rest, traveling, and we all know Houston's home record this year. Love the way Kinnear has them playing too.

no idea in sea/la game. great offensive potential from both games but for some reason i think a 0-0 might be in store. LA not afraid to go into seattle and win so I don't think they need to play reckless going all out for home victory.

Still a good pick, is truth that a rainy game is more disrupted, but the way the ball bounces makes it tricky for the keepers, not to mention the ball gets more slippery, players who shoot greatly from a distance can make the difference anytime, in this case almost all madrid players but the defenders have this feature.
